What should remain when you finish
Start with one academic or career project, not with a tool. Define the decision or deliverable, allowed data, the source used to check it, and the person responsible for approving the result. Practice should resemble the context where the skill will be used.
The final evidence should let the learner explain what AI did, what you checked, and what you learned. If the result only proves that someone completed screens, it does not yet demonstrate transferable capability. Keep the work, review, and next step together.
