Try the method with a real claim

Copy a low-risk claim you received from an AI tool. Mark its subject, quantity, date, and scope. Find the original document, not a summary that repeats the same sentence. Check whether the source measured what the answer claims and whether it remains current.

Rewrite the claim so it matches the evidence and record the difference. That change demonstrates judgment: a useful answer is not the most confident or longest one, but the one that survives a relevant check.
